Shipping Rates & Policies

At CIMA Wholesale Marketplace, LLC, we can assist you in coordinating the transportation of your wholesale order. Our checkout system can provide you the progress on pallet size, so we recommend shopping accordingly. Shipping rates are based on zip code / area so you can count on us to ensure your delivery shows up at the expected time for the right price.

We currently only offer replacements to damaged products and DO NOT offer returns. All sales are considered final.

Returns & Replacements

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! At the moment CIMA Wholesale Marketplace, LLC solely offers replacements within 15 days of receiving your order. We ask that you provide appropriate documentation in regards to the shipped product. 

To initiate a replacement, please complete the following steps:

  • Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID

  • Visit our contact page to get in contact with a sales rep in regards to your damaged item

  • Make sure to have ready detailed pictures of the damaged item.
